June/July are good months for Valley and Meadows. But since you don't climb trad, Your only option is hiring a guide(probably cost around 300 bucks per person/day). Climbing wise, given ur level, I think moderate (5.6-5.7) alpine rock at Tuolumne meadows are the best(and probably the only enjoyable) option. (stuff like Cathedral Peak/Eichorn, Matthes Crest, etc.)
